Successful Litigation Fighting against Fake Products
According to the adjudication order by Quzhou Superior Court, Quzhou Tian Er Building Materials Company Limited illegally used the name “Bayer” in their company name. It was ruled that Quzhou Tian Er is forbidden to use the name of “Bayer” and it had to apologize in public to Bayer AG and Bayer (Beijing) Sheet Company Limited [now renamed as Bayer MaterialScience (Beijing) Company Limited] on the Legal Daily’s website.
